After a brief trip back to the tailors and a quick lunch we got once again into the car. This time V was driving us to the home of a man who channels energy. It is not a religious séance, but focused on allowing the energies speak.
It was actually rather fascinating. He spoke about crystal beds and allowing ourselves to be open to the energies they were emitting. Although I didn’t know anything really about Atlantis it was interesting to feel the energies in the room and to hear the questions of the group.
So it turns out that this session happens approximately weekly. This famous Indian TV actor channels energies and people from the neighbourhood attend these sessions. V described it a bit like the desperate housewives of Mumbai and I say I must agree. Before the session the women (and a few men) sat around catching up and afterward there was huge feats laid out for us. There was all kinds of amazing snacks and sweets – vegetable samosas, special Parsi food, everything was sumptuous.
That evening I tried to sort out questions for y interview with a Professor the next day. Although I must say I felt rather drained as v and I spent over 2 hours waiting for the dress to be ready at the tailors. After two hours we decided that we should give up and go home and they cold just drop it off at eleven. By half eleven it was evident the dress would not materialise before Friday. So it was bedtime.
