I was rather grumpy this morning, due to a slight misunderstanding between the boys and myself yesterday, so I stayed in bed whilst they went off to explore the mountains and a village over the ridge. I, on the other hand, could not sleep after they had left the sun was so bright, so I decided to make the most of their absence and spent the next two to three hours, reading, sunbathing, exercising – all on the balcony and in the sun. It was such a refreshing way to start the morning that by the time they got back I was all smiles again ☺
